Okay N2ITNSD, now the chance to get even. I bought these to replace my DRLs but with the guards they won't fit. They will fit very nicely on the brush guard. Haven't installed them...this is just photochopped. Opinions please.

Just for the record these are the lights I ended up with. I must admit I like the LOOK better. I can still change them out to the big ones in about 30 seconds. I used the 240's two weeks ago in the desert and they were great! The smaller ones pictured are the Lancer 180's (?) and they come with a choice of refractors in different colors or you can run them with just the clear lens.
For the record DRTY is right there is an issue with clearence so I made a hinged liscense plate holder
I really like the Lightforce products. They are tough, light and offer alot of variety with the focusable beam and the choice of lens covers.

My only complaint with the oem lights is that they cover the "hummer" on the grill. That would definately solve that problem. I'm actually going to copy timgco's setup....

I agree with Drty, make sure you can open you hood. I think they look great there... as long as they don't hit.

There is the issue of clearance. When opening the hood the lights might not clear the Warn bumper if you mount them below the normal position.

I'm glad they're not that BIIIG. </div></BLOCKQUOTE> Not sure what you're asking Ken but they're just 55 watt halogens. Probably nothing real special except the guard trim on them.

My opinion: they look big for that space. They are pretty lights, though. Try putting them closer together?

That's the answer. I didn't know if they had something else going on with them like those big ass N2IT's lights.

You can shorten how far open the hood goes pretty easily without sacrificing anything. Since I have the Warn light bar and the Warn winch bumper, I fabbed some cheap brackets to shorten the hood cables by removing the springs from the end of the cable. Opens well far enough for it to stay safely open and is shortened just enough so that the light bar does not hit the top of the bumper.
