THIS IS AN EXHAUST QUESTION ONLY..NOTHING BUT EXHAUST!!!
I am trying this again at a request from a few others and for myself, the other post turned into a disaster.....I counted 3 posts that came back about exhaust......
Ok, for all who have installed aftermarket exhaust...
What is the best exhaust for the H2, and your opinion on why you choose the system that you did. I am just looking for opinions, and as those may vary, I am not intending to start any arguments, I just want the facts.. Thanks.....

I don't know about any of the other exaust systems, but I installed a Borla Dual exaust system and thourghly enjoy it. It is not quite as loud as I had expected (I have had 3 others on Z-28 and SS Camaro's and it is by far the quietest) but I was very impressed by the extra power that you can actually feel. As far as better gas milage, I cant keep my foot out of it to tell. O by the way, it took 45 minutes tops to install.

I can't resist:
I cut fins into an aluminum can and crammed it into my exhaust. This space age alloy has provided me 50hp, 7mpg and a sportier, raspy exhaust note. This technological marvel can be yours FREE today if you are ignorant enough to believe in its ability.
Seriously, The only units I've seen/heard upclose are the Borla and Xtremeflow. I vote for Borla although I bet Banks will eventually be top dog(this is the way I'm leaning).
The price on all these units still seems rather steep so I will likely be holding off for a while until the costs come down. Until then, I'm left only with my space age alloy matrix exhaust diffuser-charger.
I you mail me your H2, I can install this modification and send it back to you within 3 weeks.
Ok thats enough.

The only thing I did not like about the Corsa is the fact that the exhaust tip extends out the back. I prefer the look of the stock tip and went with a Flowmaster muffler. The shop that install my supercharger thought I should have a new tailpipe made since the Flowmaster muffler has a larger outlet than the factory tailpipe.

Oh yeah, the swary bar question. I heard there were some better bars one could add that would lessen the body role. I find the handling pretty good for such a large and heavy vehicle. Just curious to know if anyone has upgraded his sway bars and the outcome.
Thanks again for helping a novice owner!

grim , the corsa system sounds great on their website. especially the sport model. Did you have the dealer install yours or muffler shop? Also, are we sure the dealers won't give us a hard time with warranty issues?
Jason, the corsa system is licensed by Gm as an approved accessory. If we can purchase from a sponsor with special pricing, lets all line up!!

PlayTime,
The Xtremeflow system was designed for the H2 directly. The Xtremeflow H2 was purchased just to make the system. They didn't pull a packed muffler with a staight threw design off the shelf that is used on other applications. They also figured out you don't need to change your tail pipe because there is already a 3" mandrel bent pipe on the H2. So why pay for a new one or two. It is a stainles steel, hand built and tuned for the H2. It also has a nice aggressive sound.

I went with XtremeFlow. Their explanation about getting good low and mid-range rpm power made sense to me. I'm not driving around at redline very much. It's also the only one designed specifically for the H2, and not a truck muffler. The two-stage design looks cool and seems to work. Sound is mellow, but mean. I'm diggin' it. Did the air intake at the same time. They have a kit price for both. I'd do it again.

Corsa's website is a bit weak on information and I'm curious about the off-road version. It almost sounds like the off-road version does come with tips that can easily be removed when off-roading. Anyone have insight to this? I'd be game to purchase a set if Corsa comes onboard as a sponsor and offers a special price.

I had emailed Corsa about this before ordering my exhaust, in the email they told me the off-road version is just the exhaust system that stays tucked up inside without tips coming out the back, but you can put tips on them if you wish to. I'll just take my tip off if I go off-road.

I ordered a set of Gibson stainless steel headers and a Corsa off-road touring system. I am going to install all of it myself. I will let you all know how it turns out.
