Nice rig...I'll keep you in mind. However they just built it 2 years ago, so I think they're happy right now.

With the walk-out basement, it's said to be 13k sq/ft. I'm sure this would cost 4 times as much to build in SoCal.

MMPH, That is a very nice house. I like the balcony over the entry. Is it a "bridge" or a hall (kinda hard to tell from the picture) im guessing hall. Anyhoo killer palace . |

N2ITNSD...it's the walkway across the 2nd story of the home. The Great Room is 2 story's tall and that's the walkway from one side to the other when you're upstairs.
It's a pretty cool house...he's got his (4 car) & her (3 car) garages, secret staircase in master bedroom, a movie theater, and other cool features. I like hanging out there...it's better than my Mud-Hut.
