How about an overhead console?
Would be nice to have a place to store my sunglasses. Standard feature on a Grand Cherokee, and not even available on the H3.
I'm searching e-bay for one that might work, looks like one out of a vehicle with a flat ceiling would probably do.
Anyone have any ideas or experience with this?

I must agree that a tip (mpg) reading on the DIC missing is just silly. This should be included as well and for some reason I am thinking it was intentional. /ponder

1. relocated the license plate holder as it gets ripped off when you climb a cliff.
2. relocate the freggin window switches to where the door handle is so they are not at your elbow. and put the door handle where the switches were. simple... only pigmy people can reach them without getting all bent out of shape =)
3. put a bowl in front of the shifting assembly similar to an ashtray so you can put the crap in your pockets there like a cell phone, sun glasses, can of skoal, pocket change etc..
Hummer, if you are reading this - trust me these are things that will improve the daily pleasures of owning and driving an H3. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I would like to see them make the back window to open or even as a power window. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Power rear window ... i agree. Also if i may add, rear door opens upward and spare mounted under.

Power rear window would be great.
Climate control will be missed.
Tailgate opening up would be nice but not with the spare under the vehicle. Would loose to much clearance and probably departure angle that way.
A pair of Vincent's safety air bags for each seat would make it a great seller too!

I just want 2 inches
1. Move the brake pedal 1 inch to the left.
2. Give 1 more inch of clearence between the driver's seat and the door.
JUST 2 INCHES

Bah! those are easy to fix!
1. Trim you 8 inch crusty toe nails.
2. Drink slimfast for 2 months and skip lunch.

1. Widen the area around the gas pedal..so my foot doesn't rub
2. Relocate the Power Seat Button so I can actually reach it.
3. As stated earlier.. Storage for Cell phone, change, etc..
4. Molded Arm Rest for Driver Door..

I had black leather in a Vette Coupe in TN, and never had a problem. My big butt never sweated and it wasn't that hot getting in and out. Then again, I also owned a Jeep with vinyl interior, and in the sun on a hot day, I could fry a leg on that interior.

The only thing that sucks about that is look at the older blazers, broncos, 4runners and what ever else had rolldown rear window RUST. I myself love the idea but for those who plan on keeping there trucks for a while this could pose a problem like in the past.
