TPM Chime
When the TPM senses low tire pressure, does it only chime when you first start the engine?
Or does it chime continuously while driving? Or does it chime every few minutes when driving?
Need to know because I'm changing wheels but don't want to unmount the sensors from stock rims (which I'll keep aside).
Thanks

However, you should be able to clear this message with a push of the stem if I remember correctly. Used to go off every morning in NY for 5 months, I wish I could remember...

No, it was from the cold mornings. December-April it decided to go off rather frequently. Ok, so maybe only every morning from January-March. It was slightly annoying, would always freak my ex out. It would usually self-deactivate once we had driven a few miles.

Re: TPM Chime
The chime and message will go off and appear everytime you start the vehicle. The chime will stop and you can clear the message by pushing the trip reset switch on the dash. You will always be shown an orange triangle at the top center of your dash. The triangle represents the low tire pressure. It is like the shift indicator, you learn to ignore it.
