I have been prepping, polishing, pressing and pouncing around. Hoping that my mini-loaves of sweet potato nut bread will turn out good.

Just finished the pumpkin pie and pumpkin pie. Need to make the frosting for my pumpkin roll and then the desserts will be done.
Tomorrow is gonna be fun.

Mmmm ... I miss Brussels street waffles ... hot and fresh from the street vendors, dusted with powdered sugar, chocolate dipped, or topped with whipped cream ... and then there's the baignees and the pommes frites (don't call them "french" fries in Belgium or they might deport you )
