Crap, I can not sleep. My f'n mind won't shut off! I am thinking of leaving my job and building another Skate Park and that is keeping me awake. Why is it that a simple thing can keep you awake and cause doubt? And you can't do sh!t anyhow cause its 2am and your on a Hummer forum, watching all the video's that are here. I will say this, the H2 on Crack is good watching.

I was the same way night before last. When I did fall asleep I dreamt that my blanky was autographed by the Beatles and people were trying to take it from me.

Sorry you had a rough night K9. It sux, the best thing to do it clear your mind. I'll usually turn on the TV and listen to it while I fall asleep so I can't think about other stuff.

-And don't forget the power of masturbation. There is nothing like shaming yourself after rubbing one out to an old episode of Three's Company or Sanford and Son to get your mind off of the important stuff.

I had the some problem the other night. I don't eat sweets, but there was a bag of M&M's nearby so I had a few... then a few more... and a few more.... Before I knew it, the 16oz bag was empty.

3am and my eyes were wide open!!!

i hate when i cant fall asleep, on a weekend not so bad, but on a weekday when i have to wake up at 6:30 AM it sucks. Hasnt happened to me in a while. Watch now that i said that its going to happen tonight and its a school night but thats somewhat ok because its an LTM day tommorow so school doesnt start until 10:30

I always had trouble sleeping, then I started to listen to audiobooks on my ipod with a speaker pillow. I am usually asleep in 20-30 minutes now. It keeps my mind busy and off of worries and other stupid crap (like which winch mount/winch I should buy) that jumps in my head when I try to relax. Try it, works for me.

You need one of those 'white noise' sound machines, K9sH3. Or, start reading the dictionary. I hear that will put you to sleep, especially when you have to read the phonetic way to say a word (ie: ac-shun) ....roflol. Good luck! I'm off to bed. ()
