That's funny...the guy was *probably* trying to be playful but it backfires! the best kind of owned....
I'm glad the only people I've had to hire were laborers and didn't require an interview...just show up if you can do the work you can come back tomorrow. But seeing as how I was younger than all my employees (i was 15-18 during that time), they would screw around right in front of me and I had the chance to fire plently of idiots who don't understand the ethics of work!
