TSB Q on crossmember. Help Clause!!!

I recently saw a TSB somewhere on a member having one of the crossmembers being improperly tightened and was causing clunking under the front end. mine has been to the dealer five times for this problem and they can never find or fix it. They did say that they had to make some kind of dimples under the battery tray and that was causing the issue. BS! It is still there and does it every time you go off-road. Who had this fix done? Did it work? TSB #?
