Hey guys, I was a bit skepticle about the performance gains of adding the Granatelli MAF Sensor to my Airraid cold air intake. I had read that the stock unit could flow enough air for up to 400hp, so I thought the new one was pointless.

After chatting with Granatelli, they convinced me that I would gain more power by adding the sensor than I did with the intake. I didn't believe it. I even called Airraid and they said you don't need it and it won't gain you anything. I was now starting to think that even if I did achieve gains that it would be so small I would not notice it.

I can tell you that it REALLY woke up my performance! The throttle response and power is definitely improved from where it was!

These sensors are pricey at about $300 on ebay, but it was worth it. If I had to do it over again, it would have been wiser to get the Volant kit that includes their MAF sensor.

Hope this helps someone get more power and a make there engine more responsive.
