Help me out! It's back!

Guys,
A while back I posted a note about an issue with my rid shutting down on the highway once in a while. I have 5,000 miles on and it did it maybe 6 times or so. First few times I freaked a bit, since it was at full speed on the highway.
Took it to the dealer, they checked it over, drive it for a few miles.....nothing of course. That was 500 miles back.
Last weekend, I am driving at about 50mph and there it is again, the truck just dies. I have to stp, put her in park and start her up, all good again.
Anyone heard of this happening to the H3 or any other car that could tell me what the problem could be????
