Great right to left view but, as Phil pointed out, with the spare you can not see directly behind you (or under you if ya have a lift as I do). So, I moved the cam and installed it on top of my hitch mount. The bottom of the spare is in view, but it shows me exactly what is behind me. No fear of backing up over any little ones in our neighborhood, plus it works great when ya gotta parallel park! Not the greatest location IF you use your hitch mount on a regular basis due to the possibility of hitting it.
