Clunk in transmission

I've had my H2 about(14 days, 1 hour and 50 min - but who's counting)

I have noticed, just driving in town, when I push the brake but don't stop all the way- then immediately after, step on the gas, there is a "clunk" right after I step on the gas. I'm not slamming on the brakes then pushing the gas pedal to the floor. This is just under normal driving. Sometimes it is more noticable than others. The transmission shifts smooth any other time.

I just wondered if anyone had some idea of what this is?
