Thinking out of the box... what abount Stuart at OEMdash.com He may be able to apply a black chrome-like finish to virtually any exterior part. There are many members of this forumn including myself who have been very happy with the work he has done on our interiors and I know he offers exterior parts too - just not sure if he has a black chrome like finish.
