Default Need some help.

I have on 06 truck my problem is: Thee roof rails on my truck. The passangers side is bowed. The first one was replaced under warrenty when I got it back the replacement was worst then the first. The dealer called me back and told me that they ordered a new set to replace both sides. The replacement rail on the drivers side is fine, as was the first. But the passangers side rail is still bowed. The service writer told me today that BOTH rails were bowed and that is how they are supposed to be. I have a loaner 07 which does not have this problem. Does anybody else have this problem? If so do you have any pics laying around?

The other problem that I am having is: When I am driving the truck and it has reached full temperature and I stomp on it for less then a few seconds the temp gauge drops down about half way from where the needle usually sits. Then goes back up to the normal range in seconds. The dealer said they replaced the temp sensor, and did something with the waterpump, but it still does it. They took out a "random" truck on the lot and said that it does the same thing. Does anyone else have this presistant problem, particulary those in colder climates?
