This pinhead is an embarassment to the Hummer ownership.
As a preface - In Arizona, we have something called a "stupid motorist" law. If you bypass marked "street flooded" signs, and you need rescuing when you go into a flooded street or wash, you pay for your rescue as well as vehicle recovery.

(CBS 5)-Seven people were rescued by helicopter when their Hummer was partially submerged in a flooded wash near Cave Creek Friday evening.
The water, estimated to be two or three feet deep, trapped the individuals inside the vehicle until the sheriff's helicopter rescue team could retrieve each of them, one by one, from the roof of the vehicle.
The effort used in the rescue is known as a one-skid operation. The helicopter goes in low, puts a skid by the pickup truck, and the person climbs aboard the helicopter.
The automobile was reportedly swept about 100 yards down the wash, and will remain there until the water lowers.
