Made it to 5000 mi.

Well, I made it through 5000mi driving to and fro San Antonio. BTW, that I10 is really pretty down there, just so picturesque. I highly recommend it to y'all. Anyways, @ 5000mi, I've just had the following:

1. Failure of the airbag sensor early on (waited a long time for the part, though )
2. 1 mysterious OnStar call to check if I was ok.
3. Run-in with an immovable object resulting in need for replacing rear bumper and corner "element" (which I'll do after the Katemcy trip, just in case).

So far, the only things that I really really don't like about the truck is the algorithm of its' cruise control and the lack of storage bins for my knick knacks up front (love the storage in the back, though).
