I wouldn't put one on because I don't care for them. But if I wanted one yeah I'd be proud of it. I'm not ashamed because I own a Hummer, no one should, whether they're blinged out or stock. And I see plenty of Chevy, Ford, etc., stickers and no one thinks they are bad people. If you don't like them then divert your eyes.
