Got the bars in today in a somwhat weird package. There were no ends on the pieces of cardboard, and the bars were in no way wrapped to ensure that they did not get scratched up in delivery. This being said, I was also unaware that the bars had several dents in them. I thought that since they had only been on the truck for 3K miles, that they would still be in somewhat "like new" condition. The other parts looked great, thanks for taking the time to wrap them in something to keep them in good condition. I'm not sure what to think about the bars though. Yeah, maybe I am picky and only 4-5 dents shouldn't matter. What do you propose we do? wow i am sorry UPS dented them up. i thought how i packed them would have been enough to protect them. but i guess i was wrong, because they were perfect when they left. as long as you still want them why dont i kick something back to you. what do you think is fair?

Hey man, do you have an email that I can send pics of them too? Also, You failed to supply the key to install them....so bascially they are useless to me at this point. I call Hummer and they said they could send me a key for $20. Figured I'd hear from you by now. Hope to hear from you soon. If not, I'm going to just send them back. Jamie


i do have the keys, i compleatly forgot about them, i dont think i ever used them..

so how about $75 back for the dammage?

i am heading out on a week long vacation. i will be checking my mail like once a day i hope if not only every other day.
