Usually UPS will pack it for you. Yes I did understand that you were on vacation, but in it you also said you'd be in contact. I hated to blast you, like I said in a prior post, however when I saw that others were having trouble as well, it just fueled the fire. I'm glad you responded. Before trying them on the truck, I figured that they could be turned so as not to see the dents and scratches, however I was wrong and due to that, I stated that I had sent them back. Its not the finicial fact at hand, its the follow through. I admit I did push the envelope a bit with my beware post, but hell, if you were in my position, you would as well. It's hard to distinguish the good online business people from the bad when things like this happen. I AM SORRY! I hope that you will continue to be a member to the forum, b/c I'm sure you have great insight on topics that others (like myself) no nothing about. If it makes things better for future members, I'll delete (edit) my negative responses. Once again, I am sorry and glad to hear that you are back.....Jamie
