Well it finally came in on Tuesday and they couldn't have it ready till Friday?? When I got to the dealer, on time for my appointment, the car was filthy, the roof wasn't even washed, so that started things off on the wrong foot. The salesman then told me "I have some good news.....or bad, depending on how you look at it. Your H2 came in a little cheaper than I told you it would be." Is that the good news or bad I asked. "Well the reason is the factory did not install the air suspention that you ordered, but I don't think that you would use it that much anyhow." Then they tell me I have to bring it back for an alignment, the dealership is 1.5 hours from my home, and because it will only take 3 or 4 hours to do, they can't give me a loner car for the day. The only thing that went smoothly was getting the extended warranty from Ken Fichtner, the dealer quoted me for a 60 Mo./60,000 Mile with $100 deductable $3080 plus tax, total $3264.80 I got the same thing from Ken for $2630 no tax a savings of $634.80. That Southwest Florida dealer will get not one more dollar from me.
