You can buy the replacement motors on eBay for less than $15 bucks and install them yourself, provided you can solder. It's not too bad of a project, just follow the directions that come with the motors.

It's also important to remember that the instrument cluster will only totally reset when it's unplugged from the harness, not with each key cycle.

I used a GPS to set the speedometer at 60 mph when I reinstalled the needle instead of just relying on tape marks on the dial face. I ran the H2 with the cluster plugged in and active, held the speedo needle in hand and pushed it on lined up at 60 when the GPS indicated 60.
