Ruling is near on GM engine coolant

I had my Grand Am for 6 months before the engine blew up on me due to dex cool a month and a half ago. the tech changed me to green coolant, I used green coolant on my older car and never had a problem with it, GM is trying to cover their arses

if I wanted to sue, who do I get into contact with? They can at least get me a new engine with the green
