Default Looking for Quiet Ride Tires

I need better tires than the Good Year Wranglers that came with my '06 H3.

After recent back surgery I'm looking for the best way to make my long daily ride in quiet(minimal road noise) comfort (maximum cushion)and I have no intention whatsoever of going off-road unless an emergency situation develops.

That said, keeping the tires at the stock size on standard 16" H3 rims and the tires the same size 265/75/16...what tire out there is going to give me a smooth quiet ride, can handle 3-5" of snow in the winter, hold the road in the rain, and will likely never traverse a rocky hill, a sandy dune or a muddy bog, but will need to jump a curb or two in a mall parking lot to bring a rapid end to my 6 year olds favorite question; "Are we there yet?"

Thanks for the advice...

Rich
