wife wants a h2. what to look for?

So the wife wants to buy a slightly used H2 for her business. She is a real estate broker in Ohio. We wants to pick one up hopefully within the next few months. What are the good years and what are some problems to look out for? We are mainly a Ford family so bare with me

Any insight or links will be very helpful when shopping.
