Here's one of the few ways...Make Romney in charge of a Govt authorized committee to run/regulate/control the auto industry of the big 3. Give him total control. The committee is to have almost NO POLITICANS on it The unions need to make a TOTAL submission of their control of the big 3. Pay Romney a FAIR SALARY in 1/3rds to start and if it looks like he is making it work then tie his salary in 1/3rds to each company seperately...he turns that company around you make him a fat cat, he doesn't, hell he's rich anyway...if he's sucessful he will become the next Republician President of the United States.

1. UNION, ALL bets are off, NOW
2. Top 10 people in each of big 3 work for $1.00 first 12 months, no bonusas, no one in company makes more then
$250K
3. Once Romney is approved each company has 144 hours to present a plan for approval by Romney.
4. Romney will run each company individually as he sees fit according to their own plan. He has the power to overide
any portion of their own plan. (even with Romney overiding if that company plan fails then that company is gone,
bye bye, does not exist anymore)
5. If at the end of the first 12 months an individual company looks like its not going to make it Romney can stop
funding it.
6. at the 18 month mark Romney gives a raise to top 10 people of each surviving company IF IT LOOKS LIKE ITS
TURNING AROUND.(still top salary $250K)
7. End of 24 months if Romney is not happy with improvment he has the power to end that company and /or replace
any and all top execs...
