Help needed to replace cluster motor

Does anyone have a good and detailed instruction manual on how to replace this, including down to the steps to remove the cluster in the first place? My speedo cluster motor is bad and I just recieved a new motor (bought off ebay) but I have no idea where to start.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
