Superchips Cortex 2950

I've been fiddling with my new Cortex 2950 and I have some questions:

Does anyone know exactly what changes are included in the 'Performance' tune that this unit programs?
Has anyone used the 'Performance' tune, if so what's your feedback on how this changed your performance/mpg/etc.
Is there a way to apply the 'Performance' tune AND program the option for larger tires? The only way I see to change the Tire Size option is to go under Stock w/ Options.
