Default Flashing rear diff lock light

Hi

I had a problem with my rig hanging on the hard stops in the rear end.

After reading a lot of the posts here online I removed the compressor and put in the temp solution where you can air up using the air(outlet) in the rear of the truck.

So now the truck is running with "constant" airpressure.

Then I got the service 4wd message, to begin with I thought it was because I removed the compressor - but I don't anymore, something else is wrong.

I will try the advice I have read on how to cycle the encoder.

But today when driving home from work just aftre I started the truck something strange happend which I can't find an explanation for.

The rear diff lock light kept flashing on my instument cluster ??

This even happend even though I'm in normal 4hi, the light stoped after a few seconds and then did it again a few times on my way home.

I don't think the transfercase is locked, that I would be be able to fel and hear.

Anyone know what it means when the light is flashing

Regards
Rene
