Need Hepl Please!

Friend tried to jump my H3 usin a battery charger and accidentally had it on the 24v boost setting! Nothin is working now and car won't start!

I figure I have damaged the PCM and probably blown my speakers among other things. Any Hummer mechanics/afficionados out there that can tell me more about what damage I'm probably lookin at and cost to fix?
