Any one having problems with the incoder ?

Anyone have problems with the incoder or encoder(Not sure of spelling) on there H3 yet? I have had mine less than a month and the service 4wd as well as Stability Sytem needs service light comes on from time to time. I just got the call from the dealer that the part is on back order and no time frame is in site. Anyone else have problems with this yet?
