Rockford Fosgate Stereo upgrade

Anyone installed this 150watt sub and front door speaker upgrade? Does it work with the Bose system?It looks like a good solution if it truly is a plug and play. Just wondering how easy the install was and is it worth the cost. found it on the H2 Accessories chicklet.
