Confused about tires

Hey guys, I am looking to get new tires and rims and I am hoping you guys can help me.

I am looking for a good tire that can handle snow/ice and is good for everyday driving.

The second part of my question. I wont be doing any off roading so what would be a good size rim/tire/offset
