Default More wiper problems

I know all about the wiper module moisture problem, fixed on two H2's in the past, my current rig being one of them. First time I fixed it they were going sporadically, so I got the module and dried it and sealed it with RTV. Then just the other day I noticed that they would hesitate half way through a cycle every once in a while. I was on a road trip this weekend and it started to rain and they wouldn't turn on at all. Rear wiper works fine. I went back in after the module and it looked dry. I sprayed it down with contact cleaner and dried it out, resealed it with RTV, and they still won't work. I am VERY dumb when it comes to electrical issues. Do you think I should just get another module? Or have someone look at it to see if the gremlin is somewhere else?
