Why does my account keep getting blocked?

So this is the third time I have had to sign up for an account because my previous two were blocked for some reason. Has anyone else had this problem before and know what the solution is? It seems that if I log on with a PC, it is fine, but as soon as I log on at home from my MAC, it says my account has been blocked and I am unable to log on.

Anyways, hopefully I can figure it out as I recently purchased an SUT and look forward to making it my own with a little customization. Enjoy reading all the posts here as it seems this is the most widely used Hummer forum.
