Default Gauge cluster, needles all jumped.....

So as most of you know I've changed my gauge face and needles along with adding LED's behind the face. After setting the needles post install everything has been fine for months. Then all of a sudden Sunday morning leaving work I notice my oil pressure, volts, and temp gauge are all running high.

I'm thinking what the hell, turn the truck off and notice ALL the needles have jumped up a bit throwing everything off. I have since been driving it and the cluster works fine but for some reason all the needles came off the zero mark when turned off.

Here's a couple pics:

It's highly annoying because it was a PITA to get the needles exact when I reinstalled the new ones now I'll probably be going through all that again.

Any ideas on all of a sudden they would jump up? If a stepper was going bad I would think just that individual needle would act crazy but in this case ALL of them did it.

Thanks in advance!
