Need part # for Left rear bumper plastic piece.

HELP!
This weekend, my gf was backing her H2 out of the garage and hit the metal gate I had left open and put a big scratch on the left rear corner piece. Since this is a 05 that she has only had a few weeks, she is quite upset.

I went to that gmpartsdirect website, but need a part number to order them...
Can anyone help me come in out of the cold???????

Also, how exactly do those plug things come off to remove the plastic piece? Do I remove the center part and then slide the whole plug out?
