@HummerNewbie -

I think you have a choice, OEM tire carrier or not on the SUV. I don't see how the SUT could have the tire anywhere else.

I can't stand options like: Here's your choice of interiors; black and dull grey errr I mean wheat. Soooo, they changed the mirror cap and the warranty. Wow. I like the mirror cap, but that's all they came up with for the new model year? I think GM needs to hire a woman engineer. They need help, time for a pro.

Smells of BLING to me....wish they'd have offered mine without the chrome mirror caps, door handles, roof bars and grille.

The only differences they offered in '03 was with or without Air Suspension.

The only other difference I noticed was that if you don't have the tire carrier on the back, the black part of the liftgate now has Hummer embossed on it.

I love the new caps.
