My point exactly. The difference? YOU CAN own the vehicles outright.

Now you're pissing me off HD. I finance every vehicle I buy, not because I have to but because I choose to. Why?

1. All this junk depreciates...rapidly. It's not like the investment is going to appreciate.
2. The bank loans the money at 5-6% interest. If I can't take that same money you would sink in a worthless depreciable piece of junk and make 25% + on it I'm not too bright.

Economics is not your strong point is it?

My response to MPG guestion if I can tell they are looking for trouble is.

Well it is like owning a Jag. If You have to ask what the tuneup cost You probably should not be looking to buy one so, I figure with My H2 if i was needing to keep up with the MPG I did not need to own one. I do not know what it gets cause it does not matter to Me. I just pay the gas card when it comes.

I do know the true story behind that picture. The inital impact on the car IN FRONT of the H2 was around 32 MPH. From the actual news story...

Rodney Udd, who owns the Hummer of Alaska dealership in Anchorage, was treated at and released from Providence Alaska Medical Center on Monday after he drove his Hummer through a red light, hit two vehicles and then sped down the road, where he hit two more vehicles, police said. (Photo by Bill Roth / Anchorage Daily News)

Oopsie...well...I would use that term...but I think you got enough of it over on OTN. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I have no idea if your version of the facts are true or not but they certainly don't hurt the H2 in any way. Based on your facts of the story, he hit 4 vehicles (one head on by the photo) and basically walked away. And the safety issue with the H2 would be?

The person inquiring would have gotten" Yea, it gets about 13-15 around town" Not a LIE, and factual.

Instead, he had to compare it to an Exotic he DOES NOT OWN, to make himself feel good. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

You really are a dolt, aren't you? The reply was to an obviously goading question from one of the fuh2 lemmings. It was not meant to be factual, just a sarcastic reply to a "Nunya" question from a jackass. He didn't get the response hoped for, so like all good cult followers, when he didn't get what he wanted he threw a temper tantrum.

Try to look outside your prejudices for a change.

Dave </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

And just HOW do you know that? Were you THERE?

Maybe it was an actual heartfelt question. His statment of "As good as my Porsche" when HE DOES NOT OWN ONE smacks of an insecurity complex....Much like ALL of the H2 owners here.

I offer a comprehensive debate, and get nothing but Gay jokes, and ridicule. THAT speaks volumes about the insecurities of the H2 owner. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I'm getting the vibe you were the guy at the gas station who was asking him about mileage. So, is your GF still with you, or are you back to your sock puppet?

HD,

You can't manage 15 trailerhomes in a Trailer Park and turn around to say you own 15 houses.

That's just misleading.
