Hey - I've been in Nebraska several times and NEVER saw a hill that big! Are you sure that's Nebraska?

Sean </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
The NE Sandhills are wind blown dunes (grass covered) of up to 400' high....whoopie I know, but for here, that's pretty nice, and the only place we can off-road!

Another Arizona pic. This was out between Yuma and Cibola somewhere. The road just kept getting better and better.
Alec: am having trouble keeping up on dial up! Great pics! I can't wait!

I know, I have never been further west than Columbus, OH, except when I went to Vegas last November. I saw some of the landscape from the plane but this will be my first time experiencing the western outdoors.
I am really excited, ever since my trip to Vegas, I'm not deathly scared of planes any more and want to plan more trips. I will still cry and be a snotty heavy-breathing crybaby freak for the first and last 10 minutes or so but I am still excited otherwise. Colorado looks so beautiful, I would love to spend a week or so there and check stuff out.

All I can say is valium
Everything will be fine. You are actually safer flying out there than driving. On a plus side to flying, you will be all prepared for Lion's Back when you get there

CP,
You need to get to Colorado some time. One of the best trips I ever had was backpacking in CO. Hiked up over the continental divide, then stayed at a 100+ year old cabin up there for four days doing day packs. The sights were incredible. The hike would probably kill me now though

I love that first pic Alec. Wasn't there one of you or someone else pushing on the back there?
