3D, I actually agree with you 100%.
A couple months ago, inside San Francisco, 1 sister and 2 brothers were driving on an empty freeway 280 near noon, out of nowhere, a tow truck dropped on that SUV and flattened it, I mean FLAT. 3 were killed instantly. The tow truck tried to avoid an accident on a road 60' above, flew down 30' to the lower north bound freeway, crossed 4 empty lanes, dropped another 30' to landed on that SUV. When an automobile travels at 60MPH, it moves 88 feet per second. If that SUV was 1/10 second faster, 3 lives would be saved. It was destiny.
The lesson learned: DRIVE FASTER!

Mac, I thougth you lived in a nice neighborhood. Jeez...
This is odd and all happened less than a month ago and within one week of each other:
1) Brother-in-law hits deer, totals car, spends time in hospital
2) Step sister gets t-boned and her Explorer is totaled. She is thankful the children were not with her and other driver was in a small car
3) Another brother-in-law gets rear ended by a car traveling over 50 mph. Car totaled, time in hospital, thearapy for bulging discs indefinite.
They say trouble comes in three, I hope "they" are right.

You ever seen that movie when those kids cheat DEATH on an airplane ride by getting off prior to take off??? the plane is struck by lightning within minutes of take-off and explodes in flames... For the rest of the movie DEATH comes after all of the kids who had gotten off...

What's even worse than the airplane is the elevator particularly when you're by yourself. It's like russian roulette as you watch each floor tick by.
