Once they changes the BCM all of the problems went away and the monitor is working correctly. Like I said it had been in the dealer a bunch and they tried everything, resetting, reprogramming, replacing the sensors and noting. The BCM did the trick.

They took the bushing apart. There are socket marks on the bolts and the grease is way up in the bushing. Problem is when I looked under the vehicle I noticed gear oil leaking from the end of the diff housing where the axle goes in. I will be scheduling a meeting with the Service Manager on Monday.

I've had my H3 to Kachina twice now. Both times after I've had my tires rotated I've had to reset the TPM system myself to get rid of the annoying messages. My suspicion is that since you have to identify each individual tire in the TPM reset procedure the system is checking all 5 tire sensors and doing rate-of-change comparisons as the 4 tires on the road heat up with driving. When it sees one tire that it THINKS should be on the road not changing pressure like the others it sends out a warning. Either way, resetting the system makes the TPM message go away.
Now, if I could just get 5 sensors that would run 5 pounds lighter and the monitor would stay off I'd be a happy camper. The ride is so much better at 32 psi vs. 40 psi!

It's really been in 8 times if you include when it was deliveried in ID. with the SVC TPM light on. I agree with you about the new vehicle but for some business related reason's I really don't feel as though I can push the issue.
Anyway I am supposed to meet with the writer and director when the parts come in, maybe we can make progress at that time.

Service TPM.
I get this after travelling for more than 1/2 hour. Tires are inflated with nitrogen and should not have a pressure concern, cold or hot. I thought there were 5 sensors, ? 1 in the spare too. The label says to run the pressures at 35 all around and 50 in the spare. I did that and the Service TPM came on almost right away. I aired down the spare and made them all 35. This seemed to work, but on longer trips the light still comes on. I have not done the reset that f5 spelled out on another post, but that is next. All the other items, no problem here. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
The spare tire sensor is not monitored until it is put into use on one of the four corners.

It sounds like you need to have a discussion with the Service Manager's boss! If you really have had it in there SEVEN times, than a new truck may be in order... esp if they cannot produce a warranty part for you until seven months later. If I am getting all the facts here, you are entitled to a new truck. it may not be lemmon law, but there are other ways to look into aquiring a new rig without penalty or trade.
