Kinda long story, but I had purchased a red H3 and found a black substance all over it. That was on a saturday, didnt notice it until i got home.I was pissed. On sunday my wife and i drove to the dealership to check the others and every one had the same thing except for one. There were probably 13 on the lot. I took mine back on monday addressed the issue with the dealer and ended up trading for the one that had flawless paint. The dealer was going to check into it and find out the cause. It wasn't so much on the sides at all ,it was on the hood, top and the fenders. The sales person said it looked like some sort of fallout possibly from sitting on the lot at the factory? Who knows? I did try rubbing a spot out myself and it did come off with some hard work but i figured that was their problem and didn't want to get into a warranty situation with them.Oh, I went to a different lot and found the same thing on theirs. I don't understand why one ( the one i have now )out of all of them was flawless.
