I have the Borla Dual Exhaust on a 2003 H2. It's a bit louder than I wanted but am happy.
I had the whole thing ceramic coated black at Jet Hot. I am posting before and after shots. I apologize for the picture of the rear of the vehicle, might not be the best angle that you were looking for. I did cut about 2 inches off of the end of the pipes before installing the tips, because they stuck out a bit more than I liked. The pictures of the unistalled pipes, is before I trimmed the end off.

It's been awhile but I think it was around $800. I installed it myself. Keep in mind this is not a bolt on system. It uses clamps thru-out so there was a lot of twisting and adjusting. If you look closely, the angle of my pipes are still off by a little and underneath the rig, there's this one section where the two pipes contact and they do rattle every now and then So I would recommend taking it to a muffler shop for welding and have it done right.

On a side note, I must warn you I had a very bad experience with borla headers and their customer service/tech support. Do a search on borla headers.

Here are pics of my H2 with Borla. It looks good and sounds good. You will not notice any more power and will not get better gas mileage. They stick out just far enough. In any further and you'd probably have black marks on the rear metal bumper. I got 11.6 mpg on my 03 and get 11.4 on my 05. 03 was stock, 05 has Borla since day 1. I would not waste my time and money with headers. They will just be costly and a big headache with not much in return in they way of bang for the buck. Its a Hummer not a performance car. I highly recommend Borla catback for sound and looks.

I don't remember exactly how much, if you contact them with an idea of what you want, they can give a guestimate. I am sure it was a couple 2 or 3 hundred for everything and shipping. I have used Jet Hot a few times and have been completely satisfied. Eventually I will install headers that will also be done black. Then I guess I might tackle some of that god awful rust !

Do you know / can you measure the diameter of the tubing at the end right before the exhaust tip (which is much wider I see)?

thanks!

Hey there!

Great looking H2 you have there! It looks like you have HID lights? Am I correct? If so, could you tell the make and model.

Thanks!
