Ken, you gotta embrace the wifes parties (if there are hot mommas coming). In my neighborhood whenever the wifey says she is having some friends over I take this as being a good thing. I woke up early because I slept on the couch and that door is in this room. I will freak if it gets in the house, it's probably gone and I know it is more scared of me than I am of him yada yada yada......but still. |

Freaky. Of course, I hate spiders.
Just kill it with something you can spray from a far. The cold months are upon us and we don't need these things to mind the bugs for us any more.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I had a spider like that before, I went to step on it and it stared me down. When I got my shoe on it, it flipped me backwards. Ended up as a 3 day battle, in the process half of my house was destroyed and I had 3rd degree burns over 70% of my body. So don't think they are more scared than you, they have no fear. |

I know, I know.
I looked for it a little this morning but it was still dark out. You guys do't undersatnd, I have been a furniture ninja since I saw it. Jumping from couch to chair to stair or counter. Like when you were little with monsters under your bed kinda leaps. Just in case it has come in, it was chilly last night.
I have been googling wolf spider and have figured it is a Hogna Carolinesis. The largest wolf spider. Ken is more scared of them than I am, he has been wearing his shoes.
If I find it, I will video the killing. |
