Has anyone else noticed this?

When I have my foot on the pedal I feel an occasional thumping/vibration feedback coming thru the gas pedal. I mentioned it to my dealer and they said to wait a few more months since it's a weird problem to see what if anything develops. It doesn't happen all the time and is very hard to explain. Sometimes I think it's just me, but I am feeling it more and more.

Those of you who own the H3, let me know if you feel any feedback in your gas pedal (or am I just losing my mind)?

Mine has the same vibrations. In mine if you come to a stop and then fluctuate the brake pedal letting the H3 start moving and then a quick stop it will repeat time and time again. My 2000 Silverado had a steering shaft that kept losing grease and would cause a popping. This vibration I feel is similar yet different. It is almost as if something is vibrating and hitting either the gas/brake pedals or the steering column or both.

When I get a chance this week I plan to go ahead and do an oil change (1500 miles). While I'm under there I'm going to feel around and see if I can find anything loose that may be causing the vibration. If I can't find it I'll be taking mine into the dealer to look at it.

power steering pumps make the noise because of all the weight your moving with that set-up (wait for a cold morning) the brakes should not do that. have dealer check rotors and brakes. It is posiable something was put in worng.

I did not have any vibrations until after about 2500 miles, but there definitely is a vibration felt through the gas pedal.

I have 1500 miles and I'm experiencing the exact same issues. Going to try and get over to Lynch Hummer next week. I'll let you know what they say.

Well there are really 2 issues here:

1. Gas Pedal transmits an excessive amount of road feel. I don't know if you have looked at your gas pedal, but it is made entirely of plastic. It is a plastic pedal attached to an electronic box under the dash. The box turns the pedal into an electronic signal. Looks like GM cheaped out again.

2. My H3 will sometimes make a clunking noise in the front end (discussed more in other threads). You can hear it thru the steering column. When it is making this noise you can also feel it thru the gas pedal.

My local dealer (MedVed in Denver) has looked into both issues and has said they cannot reproduce anything. So they are basically telling me unless they can hear/feel the issues themselves they can't and won't fix anything.
