#1. The visibility really sucks. I don't think I'd run serious trails in one even with the doors taken off. It may be doable with a spotter most of the time, but how much fun is that?

#2. It would be better with a front locker, but could probably do it without it.

#3. It definetely needs some serious armoring to rear quarter panels and underneath.

#4. It needs someone to make a decent winch bumper for it.

All in all, having driven the 'Con several times in both directions I'd say don't do it, unless you want your rig smashed up pretty bad.

I watched a friend of mine in a 6" lifted XJ with 33s, lockers fore and aft rip the side out of it trying to follow us TJs one April when the 'Con was rough and handn't been travelled much.

I didn't buy my H3 to run trails like Rubicon with. For one thing, Little Sluice is a lot more intimidating when your in it and there's 3 dozen red necks heckling you

Nope, you'll never see an H2 or H3 on the 'Con.
Sounds like you're not much of a wheeler if you're not going to run your H3 on it. And your friend with the lifted XJ must really be a pavement pounder if he sustained body damage. But then again, e-wheeling is different than actual wheeling.
