That's why it is so "affordable". Its in Thornton. I grew up in Thornton (smaller house, but still) if that tells you anything about the people there.

Thornton has some nice areas. See, e.g., http://prucolo.com/details/start.asp...=0130000260590

That one's probably more like $8K per month. If you sell that over-priced Xterra you might be able to afford it.

When Bush is gone, I'm going to tax your scrawny a$$ so fast and far, you won't even be able to afford the taxes on one of Jimmy Carter's homeless shacks. Heh, heh.

x2.
Funny story: Once about 6 months ago, after he tooted, I called him "Mr. Tootie" and he laughed hysterically. Then he started calling himself that in similar circumstances. One day at dinner, he did something smart, and I said "Are you Mr. Smarty?" He looked at me and said, in all seriousness, "No! Mr. Tootie!" with a tone like "You're my own dad, and you don't even know who I am."

Re: Denver Area House for Rent
Just rented for $1650 - about $200/mo above market I think. Should have asked for more. It's not vacant until July 1, and I rented it within hours of advertising it.

My Mortgage is $1300 for 1200sqft (800 unfinished basement) in Parker ("older" house). I bet you could have gotten more out of your's...but as long as they don't trash the place I wouldn't complain.
