pop the hood. if you look at the center by the windshield there is a latch just like all other vehicles.

i was informed that all the windshields on the hummers are highly sensitive. some people have shattered windows from reinstallation of their rear view mirrors.

There is no gasket involved in an H2 windshield installation. The windshield is glued in with a urethane adhesive. GM is full of it.

I had my windshield replaced because of a crack on the drivers side. Never thought to take it back to the dealer and ask for a new one. Had a glass company come to the shop and put it in.
