I'm guessing the owner of the site has something to do with that association. The forums are called Hummer Forums by Elcova. It's just a larger network that many different sites can be placed in. No more questions!

Often when you visit a website and enter the Forum section, the site changes names. Especially those powered by vBulletin. This is not something that's unusual.Quote:

If you visit the sites I listed on the FIRST page of this thread you 'll see they are Hummer related in title. It only changes when you visit the forums by clicking the "Forums" link.

Thanks guys. I can sleep now knowing that ELCOVA, is safe and sound.
Interesting idea though on the marketing of the site. Look what evolved from it? Advertising and lots of it.
